The housekeeper will clean the property and pool, which has a separate room at the back of the house. She is there for your convenience and will not disturb you in any way. HOUSE RULES - No guests other than members of your party are allowed, and overnight stays are not permitted. - No drugs or sex tourism. - No loud music at night. - No parties. - No smoking allowed inside, only on the rooftop or terrace. - Children are allowed only under parental supervision. - No nudity in outdoor areas such as the pool, etc. Barranquilla has some of the highest electricity costs in Colombia. We appreciate your understanding in not leaving lights and air conditioners on for more than 8 hours a day!
