Gîte de la Nugriere, in the Perche

I welcome you to this beautiful little cottage, located in the middle of the meadows, surrounded by hedges, in the heart of the Perche. Stunning views of the Château des Feugerets. 5 min from Belleme and its forest, 45 min from Le Mans and its famous circuit. Please note, I offer up to 8 beds but the table is for 6 and the bathroom is small. See you very soon The space This gîte includes On the ground floor * A living room (TV with DVD player and DVD. Not yet connected to the antenna) with fireplace equipped with a wood stove (I provide enough to heat reasonably, the surplus will be at your expense). *An equipped kitchen with dining area (baby high chair). Please note that the table can only accommodate 7 people. A microfiber dish towel will be provided. Something to make you a coffee will be at your disposal. *One bathroom with bathtub and toilet (bath lounger). One microfiber bath towel per person will be provided. Upstairs * A large bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 double bed and 2 floor mattresses (which can be put in the living room) *One bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 baby crib. Possibility to add a travel cot. The beds will be made upon arrival. Outside Garden furniture (stored in winter). A barbecue. Possibility to rent bikes €5/day deposit €250/bike. You must provide helmets. Please let us know your needs when booking the cottage. Guest access The 1 ha property is isolated from any neighborhood. Hedges and some trees provide fruit. The municipal swimming pool, mini golf, golf, tennis courts and forest are located in Belleme (5 min). You will find a restaurant/bar in the village of Chapelle Souef (3 km). Other things to note Guests will be asked to return the accommodation as tidy and clean as they will find it on arrival.
