No loud music. Conversation- normal level voices. This is not the place to have a party or be outside partying. Quiet time is between 10pm-7am. This is a residential neighborhood please be considerate to the neighbors. ***You must be 21+ years of age to book this unit. We provide everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable! Frequently Asked Questions! - Check in is anytime after 3 p.m. Check out is by 10 a.m. - We do not have cable - We cannot hold your luggage before or after your stay nor can we recommend a facility that does :( - We cannot accept mail or packages. You cannot ship packages to our rentals unless you do that during your stay - Two parking spots - We provide all dishes, silverware, pots/pans and linens - We will provide a pack ‘n play and a high chair if requested no earlier than 24 hours prior to your arrival - Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the units or outside in the common areas. There is a $350 cleaning fee for smoking violations on top of the regular cleaning fee -no glass or food permitted in pool area -please be courteous and clean up after use of picnic & BBQ area. -We provide a starter kit of supplies such as 2 rolls of toilet paper, enough hand soap for a week, 1 roll of paper towel, etc. Our security camera disclosure: Our cameras are located outside of the property and are actively recording video and audio. We have 7 cameras in total. *Two are overlooking the parking lot *One is overlooking the pool. *One is overlooking the BBQ area *One is overlooking the walkway of building 615 *One overlooking the walkway of building 617 *one is overlooking the alley of building 615 (where we keep the garbage containers) Please be considerate with shared spaces such as the pool/ garden, picnic & bbq area. Shared spaces are for all to enjoy. Other things to note Important not to dismantle or try to disconnect smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. There will be a $350 fee if alarms are tampered with. Please be respectful to the property by not leaving your trash in the common areas. *There is no cable. Only smart TV for streaming. • Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight, this is strictly enforced by our insurance policy. • As the booking guest, you are fully responsible for any damage and/or ounaccounted for items caused by anyone accessing the property during stay. As well as any physical harm that may occur, host is not responsible. • Please try to not leave lights/TVs/fans on if you're not home or using them. • Please do NOT run the A/C with the windows open. Try not to leave the A/C at unreasonably low temperatures especially while not home because the unit can freeze up and if there is any issue whatsoever during your stay please contact the building's office here, we're available to you 24/7 during your stay to resolve ANY situation.
