The main floor includes a master bedroom complete with an outdoor deck and en-suite bath. The full kitchen includes all the items needed to make a feast for the whole family (including InstantPot, a stand mixer, and a separate beverage chiller). Seating for 12 at the expanded dining table and kitchen bar area makes for a flexible eating situation. A comfy living area with a fireplace and TV provides the perfect relaxing space out of the sun to wind down the evening. A picnic table on the front porch makes for a wonderful covered lunch opportunity. Rocking chairs on the front porch provide a respite to watch the kids play on the Vineyard Park, and the back deck includes a Weber BBQ, soft seating, and a fire table. The upper level of the house provides another master bedroom option with an eastern-facing deck and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed faces the park and a bunk room with built-in bunk beds (twin over full & twin over twin) round out the dedicated bedrooms. A flexible room with a desk and futon can function as a remote office or a quiet reading space. A shared hall bathroom with a bathtub and full-sized stacking washer/dryer completes the layout. The downstairs of the house includes a ping pong table in the 1 car garage and a game room/theater. The theater room includes a large-screen TV with a gaming system, a foosball table, and games galore! Open the garage door and walk out to the spa and the custom-sheltered firepit for evening smores and stories under the stars.
