Freshly renovated seaside home, next to Shaldon beach. 6 ensuite bedrooms, large kitchen diner with great big table for 12, separate tv lounge, courtyard garden with barbecue and table for 12, parking. 25 metres from beach. Great beach cafe 20 metres away, and 2 good pubs within 2 minutes walk. Paddle board hire, boat hire nearby, foot ferry to Teignmouth with more beaches, pubs and restaurants 2 minutes walk from house. The space The house has a fantastic social cooking and dining space, as well as a large lounge with modern TV and access to courtyard garden with barbecue and outside seating and table for 12. All 6 bedrooms have their own en suite; 3 of these have showers, and 3 have baths with showers over. All bedroom have 6 foot zip and link beds which can be set up either as a luxuriously large double, or 2 singles to suit your group. We also have 2 travel cots, and these can fit in most of the bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home Other things to note There is parking at the house for 1 car, and we also rent a space nearby. There is parking in the village car parks and on street if you are bringing more than 2 cars.
