The space Our Favorite Things About This Home: Our Gem in the Country is a beautiful home with many updated features, cozy bedrooms, and an open, spacious living area. We love the master bathroom’s large walk-in closet and sleek bathroom that features a double vanity and tiled standing shower. The living room and kitchen provide an open floor plan to maximize time spent with your loved ones as well as lots of different card games and boardgames to play! It has a huge sectional sofa and plenty of additional seating with a giant flat screen smart TV. The outdoor back patio is a highly desirable feature of the home as it contains a outdoor seating, propane grill, and rocking chairs! Enjoy the giant Jenga while taking in the country sounds. Guest access Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire 2,500 sq. ft. home and the expansive 1.5-acre property. Entry: For your convenience and security, we use a smart lock system. You will be provided with your own unique individual code to enter the home, which will be active for the duration of your stay. Private Areas: To ensure we can maintain the property, the garage and attic are private and not accessible to guests. Additionally, there is one locked closet and one cabinet reserved for personal items. Everything else is yours to enjoy! Strict No-Pet & No-Smoking Policy: To keep our farmhouse pristine for every guest, we have a strict no-pet and no-smoking/vaping policy (including on the porch and patio). A $500 fee will be charged for each pet or smoking/vaping incident found on the property. Country Life: You will experience true country sounds here! We recommend enjoying the fresh air, but please be aware of the natural surroundings that come with a 1.5-acre valley property.
