Our bright and spacious apartment of 101 square meters is a hidden gem for couples, families and groups of friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It is recently renovated and fully equipped. The space Every detail of this apartment has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its cutting edge design, multiple big windows and high ceilings create a very luminous and welcoming atmosphere. As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, armchairs, a smart TV and a sound system. There are 3 big windows with small balconies facing the street, where you can enjoy the view on the church San Juan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juice maker, crockery, and everything you need. The dining area in front of the kitchen has a big table for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment: - The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a closet, a double bed, and a big window with blinders facing the inner patio. - The second bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table, a mirror, and a big window with a balcony facing the street. - The third bedroom with glass walls and blinders has a double bed and is facing the inner patio. The main bathroom is spacious and bright, with a window facing the inner patio. The apartment occupies the entire third floor of a building without elevator. It has a historical legacy, as for the last 20 years it used to be the main office of the city's basketball team, Unicaja Malaga. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home. Other things to note - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment. - For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation. - We manage more apartments situated in the same building!
