Whispering Pines (Dogs stay free! Fenced yard!)

Whispering Pines is a pet friendly cabin with a completely enclosed chain link fenced back yard that is located one mile from town center. This is a listing from owners of a sister cabin, Peaceful Pines, which is located less than a half mile away. Whispering Pines has been updated to give renter’s a nice, clean, experience with the best in host support and availability. Have a great time in IDY no matter where ya decide to make your home while on the hill. Riverside County Permit #71-434 The space Whispering Pines is a very comfortable cabin that is pet friendly. The backyard is completely enclosed with a chain link fence, just as the back patio is so that the guest can relax while their fur babies are outside investigating the smells of the mountain life. The living room has two comfortable couches as well as a recliner. There is also a trundle bed located in the living room for two guests to sleep. The living room has a smart TV so that guests can download their personal accounts such as YouTube TV, Amazon, etc. There is an Amazon Prime account already loaded on this TV for guests to use while at the cabin, as well as YouTubeTV for viewing local tv stations as well as standard cable networks. The living room has a propane heater that looks like a wood stove. This heater is operated by the thermostat on the wall and ignites when the temperature falls below the thermostat's setting. The bedroom has a new Temper-Pedic type queen bed. The bedroom also has a single bed for an additional guest to sleep. All sheets are new and are of high thread counts. The bedroom has an electric wall type heater and a smart TV that has a Kumo stick inserted into HDMI 1 so that guests can use the Kumo that is already loaded onto the TV or they can load their personal accounts onto it for viewing. The kitchen is fully stocked with good amenities. All pots and pans are of good quality, as well as are the dishes, etc. The bathroom has a nice tiled shower with very good water pressure. The towels are of very good quality and in very good shape. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Soap are included in the shower. Hand and dish soaps are also included. The Wifi in the cabin has excellent download and upload speeds for a "Work from Home" or "Home Schooling" environment. Guests have mentioned that three (3) people in the cabin have been on Zoom calls at the same time with no issues whatsoever. Other things to note The bedroom has a queen and a single bed. The living room has a trundle bed.
