Here’s a brief outline of the space offerings: • Keyless entry with door code upon arrival • Fully equipped kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, oven, blender, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, spices, dish soap, dishwashing pods. • Fully stocked bathroom: 1 bathtub, 1 stand-in shower, hair dryers, curling irons, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap. • Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry detergent, and softener. • Spaces: 1 game area, 1 living room, 1 master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 laundry room, 1 kitchen, 1 garage • Board games, outdoor games, and DVD player and DVDs 3 futons for additional sleeping space • Exercise area in the garage • Furnished backyard with BBQ grill • Quiet work space or nook • Free WiFi: lightning fast internet w/100 MB download speed • Living room w/65” HDTV w/movie streaming and screen mirroring • All bedrooms w/45” HDTV w/movie streaming and screen mirroring • Amazon Alexa: controls for select lighting, weather, news, and music • Hot tub available for use with an extra $25 fee per stay up to 7 days . Additional fee of $25 will be applicable every 7 days after. Guest access • Access times are as follows: Check-in @ 5pm -- Guest Check-out @ 11am • Guests will have access to all areas of the property except: 1. Right side garage 2. Right side driveway • Please feel free to contact hosts any time from 8:00AM - 8:00PM. Unless it's an emergency, all inquiries outside these hours will be responded to the next day. Other things to note • To help plan out your itinerary, you can use Fair Oaks Blvd & Grant Ave as your point of reference. • Arden Hills Club & Spa is 8 mins away for those attending weddings here. • The property is situated on over 1/3rd acre lot. On rare occasions, bugs, spiders, etc. may wander in. We've notice this during extreme heated months (mostly summers).
