Situated in a historic neighboorhood in central El Paso, close to pretty much anywhere in the city. Located within minutes of I-10, downtown, San Jacinto Plaza, the Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park, the University of Texas at El Paso, the Don Haskins Center, the Sun Bowl, Las Palmas Medical Center, Providence Hospitals, St. Patrick's Cathedal, Rim Road and Scenic Drive, several fine dining options and coffee shops, the El Paso Museum of Art, the El Paso Convention Center, the El Paso Chihuahuas - Southwest University Park, the Texas State Highway Loop 375, as well as many other cool spots to visit. Guest access Guests are welcome to their unit and all common areas throughout the property. Other things to note We have been in this neighborhood for 30 years and have never had any issues with crime. We have never been victims of any burglary or theft, but we still recommend that you do not leave any valuables in plain sight and unattended. There is plenty parking along the front and side of the house, including room for trucks hauling a trailer. Quiet hours are enforced from 9:00pm to 8:00am.
