The space Sunlit Surf Studio offers its own private entrance, large bathroom with shower/tub. Equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Offering a cozy Queen size bed and a twin futon/couch bed. This room is ideal for guests who are visiting Santa Cruz for the surf, beach, volleyball, hiking, and Boardwalk fun!! Cozy space for couples or small families of three. The futon couch is firm and great for kiddos! We also offer a pack and play crib! Parking pass for street parking is provided. The property is home to our two outdoor cats - Moose and KitKat! They are avid hunters and are not allowed in the home spaces due to sever allergies to pet dander. If you have questions regarding your hypoallergenic service animal - please send us a message/inquiry. *The homes have standard water heaters, after a few showers we recommend letting the supply warm back up for 20 min. *The owners Michael and Ashlie (The Park Family) are hospitality professionals who manage and reside on the property** * Even though we are located in a Downtown Neighborhood, we expect regular noise levels from our guests at all hours. *Please note - self check-in options are offered but not guaranteed. Guests must correspond with us to make arrangements. * Check out instructions: Please leave the parking permit on the table and send us a message on your way out. Check out is by 10AM. We appreciate if guest can gather all trash and wash any used dishes. * If parking pass is lost or forgotten there is a $95.00 replacement fee (Or express ship it back to us!) * By law guests must be 18+ to book with airbnb. *All third-party reservations must be communicated. We can link adult guest accounts to the reservation. *The Transient Occupancy tax for Air B&B rooms in Santa Cruz County is 14% and it is included in your room rate! *Parking is limited on the weekends which may result in guests having to search for parking around our block. There is always meter parking available on Pacific Avenue - which is free between 8pm-8:00am. Download the Park Mobile App for easy use. * Some noise will be heard as there is a common wall. We appreciate low noise levels in the early morning and at night.
