Totally private and romantic with stream access 20 yards away! Lovely one bedroom guesthouse newly renovated, airy and clean. There is a living area with full kitchen and dining table for eight. Bathroom has a roomy shower and the patio is all yours during your stay. Feel free to roam the stream side and grounds around the guesthouse. Feel free to roam along the full length of the stream! The only parts of the property that are not accessible are the main house up on the hill and it’s out buildings and the areas designated for the animals. Best to observe the horses and goats from a distance:) There will likely be someone to greet you upon your arrival and that person would only be a text away should you need anything. Otherwise, the property owners might be doing a little farm work here and there but you probably won’t see them… it’s 30 acres! The guest house is in a beautiful rural section of Saugerties with rolling hills, farmland, forests, and the stream of course, all in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Ten minutes from downtown Saugerties and 20 minutes from iconic Woodstock makes it a perfect and private location for your stay. Please be careful when approaching horses and goats. All pets belonging to guests will need to be leashed when on property.
