Walk to Drake Park and some of our local favorite restaurants such Spork, Chow, and Backporch Coffee. Newport Market our local grocery store is right around the corner. Head over to Sunnyside Sports to rent skis, snowboards, bikes or any outdoor gear you may need to experience Bend like a local! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is equipped with everything needed for a long term stay. Large open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, Bertazzoni stainless steel appliances and sit down dining for 6. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie in this light and bright living space. Three bedrooms are located upstairs.The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and her closets, office space, and an HDTV. Second and third bedrooms with queen beds have access to the upstairs balcony for those glorious mornings. Bring your furry friend with you on vacation, Cascade Modern is dog friendly! Looking to get out of town and into Nature? The Cascade Lakes and Mount Bachelor Ski Resort are a short drive away! Spend the winter months in this luxury home after a great day of skiing and snowboarding and your summer days swimming, rafting, or fishing at the lakes. Guest access Private access to the entire home and balcony. Full access to the garage to store your extra gear! Other things to note Cascade Modern is stocked with luxury linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. You are responsible for any additional items that will need to be resupplied during your stay. Garbage and recycle will need to be pulled out each week. Alternating garbage bin the first week and garbage and recycle bin the next week. During our winter months, snow shovels will be provided to shovel walk ways and driveways. ****Because this home is located right behind our local Newport Market grocery store, you may hear some early morning loading and unloading of trucks a couple times a week. **** Pet friendly property!
