The space Fully equipped kitchen. (Dishes, utensils, pots/pans, storage containers, toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig machine, Mr. Coffee drip coffee machine, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc) All towels and linens are provided (free and clear fragrance-free laundered towels/linens will be provided upon request at no-additional charge). Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods and dishwasher pods are provided. 4 Amazon Fire TV's; living room and 3 bedrooms. Log into your personal streaming services easily. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and room darkening curtains. Great WiFi throughout the house. In case you need to work from home, there are 2 desk areas. Fenced-in backyard. Ironing board (always set up), iron and clothes steamer are provided. Lvl-2 EV Charger, On-site parking: 1 car in the garage and 2 or 3 (if small) in the driveway. On-site safety equipment: fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors and a first aid kit. We are pet friendly. The backyard is fenced -in and it backs up to a busy road. Traffic noise can get loud, especially during rush hour. Guest access No-contact check-in. There is a keyless entry touch-pad on the front door. All check-in instructions are provided on the day of check-in and are very easy to follow. A garage door opener is provided for use during your stay. Guests have complete private access to the house, with the exception of 2 owners' closets. Other things to note Lvl-2 EV Charger in the garage. The house is on a narrow street, so street parking is discouraged. There is however room for 3 or 4 (if small) vehicles; 1 in the garage and 2/3 in the driveway. Commercial vehicles are prohibited due to neighborhood covenants. If you have a commercial vehicle, please reach out to me. We might be able to accomodate with nearby off-site parking. The property backs-up to a busy road and can be noisey, especially during rush hour.
