You’ll enter the home through the front door stepping directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area. Living Room: The spacious room boasts a comfy sectional, a 72” Smart TV and a dining/game table. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a gas range with a convection oven, spacious stone counters, and kitchen bar with seating for three. Dining area: Features table and seating for 10. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: (all new mattresses) Master bedroom — King size bed, 60” Smart TV, the ensuite bathroom offers a Walk-in Therapeutic jetted tub and separate shower. Secondary suite/bedroom 2 — Queen size bed and a private bath with a tile/glass shower. The living area features a 60” Smart TV and the kitchenette has a microwave, drip coffee maker, mini fridge, ice maker and bar seating. There is also access to a covered patio with outdoor seating. Bedroom 3 — Full size bed and access to a full shared bath. Bedroom 4/bunk room — Full-over-full bunk beds and twin trundle and access to a full shared bath. Full shared bathroom delivers a tub/shower combo. Outdoor Areas: The private yard is great for everyone in the group. There is a 3 to 5 ft pool (heated for a fee), plenty of lounge and Adirondack chairs, while the covered patio offers a bar with seating, patio sofa and a gas BBQ. Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $150 per day. Pool heating is available year round.
