Cheerful family house, 3 bedrooms near beaches!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. My house is right in-between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, 30 minutes from both! You will enjoy my place because there are beautiful beaches within minutes of driving. There is also a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby like paddle boarding in the harbor or taking a ferry to the islands. Dont forget to check out 6 flags magic mountain which is about 40 minutes away, they have great roller coasters! Duplex Property The space This is the main house of the property. There is a back house that is private and separate from the main house that is also rented out. Guests for the back house enter on the left side of the main house through a private walkway. Other things to note House is on a busy street.
