Your detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival. Other things to note POLICIES: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. No Smoking in home or on balcony. 3. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 4. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 5. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. 1. Dog fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking. 2. Any applicable fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. Let us know if you want to pay the dog fee through a direct CC charge or directly through Airbnb. 3. Two Dogs welcome, $250 non-refundable fee/per animal; pre-registration is required. 4. Pre-registration is required via signed Dog Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking. 5. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 6. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
