Walk through the wide entrance hallway opening into the open plan kitchen/dining and sun-soaked living area leading out to full length balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking Hampton Street and leafy suburban views. Split System for heating and cooling in the main living area and bedroom 1. Take the lift to the ground floor to get coffee, breakfast or lunch at Hampton Bakery and enjoy 15% discount or cool down across the road with an ice cream from Cold Rock. All of Hamptons shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. Walk to the beach within five minutes. Bed configuration Bedroom 1 with Queen bed and split system air con Bedroom 2 with Queen bed Fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and European laundry. Secure entrance with video intercom, secure basement parking for 1 car, Free Wifi and Full linen provided. Available for short and long term stays. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please. Your booking is for the whole house.
