Cozy with 3BRs, it comfortably accommodates 6 adults, 8 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. A choice location, you’ll be within a few miles of Echo Summit and Heavenly, and Tahoe Golf Course is right down the road. Enjoy family time cooking in the gourmet kitchen or lounging around the fireplace or upstairs game room. This home cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7. Featuring a miniature foosball game table! Cook up a grand meal in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with soft oak hardwood cabinetry and newly refurbished countertops. A 6 burner gas range, dishwasher, an assortment of small fun appliances, and a large dining table with seating for 8. You’re also welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee or this delicious meal while soaking up the sun on one of the decks. Breathe in the smell of pines surrounding this classic mountain getaway. Once it’s time to retire for the evening you’ll have 3 bedrooms to choose from. Upstairs you’ll find an A-frame bedroom with four twin sized beds. In the hallway is a full bath w/walk-in shower. Downstairs you will find the Wheelchair Friendly room, featuring a Queen bed w/assisted lift and a handicapped wash table. Across the hall you’ll find another bedroom, featuring one king-sized bed. In the hallway, these rooms share the downstairs bathroom. Sink, vanity, laundry, and shower/tub combo reside in this room. Please Note: this home is located in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval; additional fee required. No other animals are allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for 8 people for families including children. It can host no more than 6 adults. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Pets: 1-2dogs up to 35 lbs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee (no other pets/animals allowed in the home). Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
