The space For your comfort, this chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that can easily accommodate 10 people. Bedroom with open concept king bed on the mezzanine level, one bedroom with queen bed on the ground floor and two other bedrooms with one queen bed and two queen beds on the garden level. Wooded fireplace in the living room. Two spacious family rooms on each floor. The first one leads to the terrace and the second one leads to the courtyard. You will have a great time cooking gourmet meals in this fully equipped open kitchen. WIFI, TV with Firestick, Bluetooth speaker, a DVD player and a baby foot table are at your disposal. Also, you can take full advantage of the outdoor facilities: - a 4-season spa - during summer, a fire pit - during summer, a direct access to the private dock : 2 kayaks available. 🚫 Pedal boat is NOT offered anymore. During the winter season, you must not drive your car down to the parking lot below, even if you have a 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicle. Other things to note ***WINDISH LAKE*** - Fishing in the lake is strictly prohibited. - No personal watercraft are allowed; only the chalet's watercraft with the proper sticker are permitted. Otherwise, a $1000 fine will be imposed on the renter. 🚫 Pedal boat is NOT offered anymore. ⚠️ No guarantee of operation or safety is offered on the watercrafts. Use at your own risk. Regular inspection, but not tested between each rental. During the winter season, it is necessary to have a 4x4 or 4 wheel drive. Do not drive your car down the slope when the road is icy or snowy even with a 4x4 or AWD. We will not be responsible for cars stuck at the bottom of the slope. If so, you will need to call a towing service. Thank you for your understanding. Unlimited Internet access of 50 mbps. The Smart TV is available with the ability to connect to platforms like Netflix and YouTube, but the cable is not included. Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April. There is no maintenance done during this period. Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October. The indoor wood fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to a lack of maintenance during this period. It is in service from early October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside these dates, please feel free to request it, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Kindly note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the fire pit due to weather conditions that are beyond our control.
