Stream on smart TVs with high-speed internet! The space Arrive at this single-level, 2,400 sqft haven with all-tile floors and ramps for wheelchair or walker ease, including ramp access onto the fishing dock on Caney Creek. Five cozy bedrooms await, with a spa-like master bath featuring a bidet and roll-under counters. Two bright bathrooms add comfort, while the open living area with smart TVs flows into a sunny, vibrant kitchen—perfect for family feasts and game nights. Step outside to a sprawling yard, deck, and steel gazebo for fishing or grilling! We update our current list of games available in our guest guide. Guest access Enjoy 200 feet of creek frontage and feel free to park in the yard when visitors come visit. Just be careful not to park in the road so we keep the neighbors happy. We own four lots. We have a trailer in place on one of the lots with it's own privacy fence. That is not included with the main property rental. See the Guest Guide. the yard also has an enclosed building that will also eventually be a party room as well, it has screen and ceiling fans, but no AC/Heat. Other things to note The area is a wonderful mix of Bayou's and wetlands. The Birding is Amazing from the back deck. We are able to help outfit and plan any activities you may want while your in our area. Amenities are available. Just ask, we aim to please.
