Apartment rules: peace and quality tourism Our goal is to provide an exclusive, peaceful and secure space, ideal for couples, families and responsible travellers. For this reason, the following rules apply: Groups of young people are not allowed if any member is under 25 years old. Families, including children of any age, are always welcome. Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets are not accepted. No parties, events or loud noise during the night are permitted. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay and loss of the security deposit. We are committed to quality tourism, offering a calm and exclusive environment where each guest can enjoy a truly unique experience. Guest access It is located in a privileged area of the city, renowned for its high demand and appeal. The building features an elevator for added convenience, as well as concierge service available Monday to Friday throughout the day. Other things to note Included amenities Upon arrival, you will find some basic courtesy items to help you start your stay comfortably. Each bathroom is provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper and a soap dispenser. In the kitchen, you will find a basic kitchen kit. These items are provided as an initial courtesy. If you need to replace them during your stay, this will be at your own expense. We do not provide food items such as water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee or tea, as we do not offer catering services and are not authorised to serve food. Bed linen and towels The beds will be prepared and ready for sleeping. Each guest will receive two personal towels: one bath towel and one hand towel. Self check-in The apartment has a self check-in system with a TEDEE electronic smart lock. Arrivals outside the usual check-in hours do not have an additional cost, provided that all mandatory pre-arrival steps have been correctly completed before arrival. Mandatory online check-in Before arrival, all guests must complete the mandatory online check-in and provide the required information for the guest registration, in accordance with applicable regulations. Access instructions and digital keys will only be sent once all mandatory pre-arrival steps have been correctly completed. Security deposit This reservation requires a €500 security deposit, managed in accordance with the conditions stated in the listing and on the platform. The security deposit is intended to cover possible damage, breakages, lost keys, missing items, excess occupancy, serious breaches of the apartment rules, or costs resulting from improper use of the property. If the apartment is returned in good condition, with no damage, no missing items and no breaches of the stay rules, the security deposit will be released or refunded according to the conditions applicable to the reservation.
