Spacious 4BR Ranch w Hot Tub in Quiet Neighborhood

This charming home hosts 4 bedrooms (all with TVs), 2 full baths, laundry room, large kitchen, dining space, two sectional couches, and plenty of parking. Looking for something a little extra? We have it in our outdoor, fenced-in backyard with a grill, hot tub and koi pond. Our downstairs area features a shuffleboard and live theater experience with our large screen and awesome sound system! Close to Hamilton, West Chester, and Fairfield - this home is situated in a family friendly area! The space When you first pull into the street you already will feel right at home in the quiet and quaint neighborhood. This well-maintained ranch home literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our upstairs has no stairs or steps to navigate besides the couple you have to climb to enter the home. You'll find a large living room with sectional (plus a ceiling fan and TV), a kitchen with plenty of room to spread out, that includes a desk and an island, plus you'll also be able to spread out in the dining area. Two bedrooms are upstairs - the king master and a queen bedroom. The king has tons of great storage, plus a master bath with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and laundry room attached. The guest bathroom is a shower/tub combination. There is a standard set of stairs in order to reach the basement, which is where our shuffleboard, and theater TV are located. Relax in this open space on the huge sectional! When it is time to go to bed, we have two options down here - a double bedroom and/or a twin bedroom with two beds. If the weather is nice, we invite you to hang outside on our back deck. We have a large, fenced-in yard, comfortable seating, a TV, grill, and a hot tub! Our koi pond is something special to us, so we ask that you please don't disturb or feed them. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is a locked space in the basement where we have storage. We have a lot of parking for this home including a carport, and a large driveway. We do not recommend parking on the street as it is very narrow. We have a garage, but it is not available for use. Other things to note During the warmer months, the owner does stop by daily to feed the fish. There is no need for us to enter the home for this task and our intention is to never disturb your stay, but the fish need special care. We also have lawn care that comes out weekly or bi-weekly. This is a family home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We expect anyone that stays here to please respect our neighbors.
