A quick drive to town and the lake, this renovated rustic 3bd/2ba in a gated mountain community. The space Located in a gated community a short drive, or long walk, from the town of Shaver Lake! 30 minutes from China Peak Ski Resort, and 20 minutes from swimming holes at Dinky Creek! This is a townhome, connected on one side to another residence, but the corner lot and quiet community makes it feel private. We like this setup because you get middle of the forest feel, but with a greater sense of security. The community also offers a pool, a pool pass is provided with your stay! POOL IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin and community amenities! Other things to note Guests must be 25 to book and we do enforce our no-party policy. Please note that check-in is between 4-8:30pm. No exceptions. Well behaved, trained pets only. 2 pets max. Owners must pay a non-refundable Pet Fee of $100 per pet.
