Power outages may occur occasionally, though rarely for more than a few hours. We cannot control outages but always offer guests a full refund for any unused time should you choose to check out early due to prolonged power outages. Wildlife such as lizards and bugs is common, especially after rain or during the rainy season. We take preventive measures, but encounters may still happen. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this.
