Livin' the Dream is a sparkling clean gorgeous 2000 sq. ft. beach home located only 1.5 blocks from the sugar white beaches. The house is minutes away from the Destin Commons, which boasts many restaurants, a movie theater, bowling alley, many dining options, and great shopping. The two story house has covered porch/balconies on both the front and back sides of the home. The home boasts a private pool, with heating optional for an additional fee during the colder months. New upgrades include a newly renovated kitchen, triple queen bunk beds, new white vinyl privacy fencing, LED string lighting around pool deck and all brand new kitchen appliances. All 4 bathrooms have been upgraded to quartz countertops, large LED mirrors, new fixtures. ALL linen is freshly washed after each stay to include comforters, quilts, blankets and shams. We have 6-8 beach chairs, a cooler, beach wagon, 14-16 beach towels. For small kids we have a pack n play, baby gate for inside, and safety gate for pool area. ALL BEDS ARE LUXURY MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES Downstairs you have your open livingroom and kitchen with a brand new large custom Barn wood table enough for 8 people! Every room has a large flat screen smart TV with access to complimentary nexfix account. Downstairs boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1st bedroom is a large Master bedroom with a King size bed with private full bathroom. 2nd bedroom on the first floor has custom triple queen bunk beds.(bunk beds suitable for adults or children) 2nd full bathroom is shared access is in the hallway. Both rooms have access to covered back porch and pool area. 2nd floor boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 1st bedroom is a Master bedroom with King size bed and attached completely renovated full bathroom with a deep soaker tub. Sliding glass doors give you access to a covered balcony looking over the pool. 2nd bedroom is a large room with a King size bedroom with 2 futon sofas for seating or an extra sleeping space with private access to front balcony. 3rd bedroom has Queen size bed with access to back covered balcony looking over the pool area. 2nd bathroom is a shared full bathroom in hallway. Note: Golf cart rental is available at a discounted rate, please inquire about this wonderful amenity. All pets must be approved before booking for insurance purposes. Non refundable pet fee will be applied to your stay. Pool heating is available in the colder months. Please inquire before arrival. We have installed a ring doorbell viewing our porch and front yard/ parking. This is monitored for security of our property and for the safety of our guests. Our property accommodates 4 vehicles parking spaces during your stay. No trailers or campers. Parking is heavily enforced by city code officers. All rules apply. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy in our home! We do NOT host COLLEGE groups. Any instabooking executed outside our house rules will be asked to cancel immediately. Paradise awaits!
