Local cab company can pick you up and take you around town. * More than 8 guests will incur a fee of 50.00 per guest/night, with a 250.00 deposit, and must have owner approval. We are not equipped to comfortably accommodate more than 8, but will do our best to help make your stay enjoyable. *No pets for except for Service Dog. -Service Dogs are allowed at no cost. *No parties or events allowed on property. *Nest video doorbell in the front of the home and security cameras on the right, left, and back side of the home. *The garage is not part of the rental space but is attached to the property. *We are reseeding the grass on the left side of the house. We ask to minimize the amount of use in this area so that we can get this portion of the yard to the same lush standard of the rest of the yard. *When using any water on the property you may hear a slight knocking noise . (We promise it isn't a ghost). *We have a neighbor next door that has the sweetest dog that may wonder over into the yard.
