Enjoy peaceful water views in a relaxed, family-friendly neighborhood just under two blocks from beach access at Indian Rocks Beach. We make beach days effortless with a wagon, towels, umbrellas, cooler, and beach chairs all included. Inside, you’ll find three 32" Roku TVs (living room, primary bedroom, and one guest room) for easy streaming and downtime. The space is thoughtfully designed and decorated by a local artist, featuring fun, funky murals and unique details that create a vibrant coastal vibe — and the perfect backdrop for memorable photos. *Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that! Guest access This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building and you will have private access to your unit, which includes an outdoor patio overlooking the water; the backyard is directly on the intracoastal. We provide you with a BBQ, paddle boards, beach lounge chairs, a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, and an amazing view of the water. *Our guests see dolphins and wildlife every day! 🐾 Dog-Friendly for Well-Behaved Pups Because vacations are better when the whole family comes along. • (*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee; 2 dogs max.
