The space This private villa comes with 5 bedrooms that combine provide 2 queen-sized beds, 1 king-sized bed and 3 comfortable single bed. For extra space, there’s also 1 double sofa bed and 2 convertible single sofa beds available to use. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 4 bathrooms with showers in the villa. Free toiletries, towels and hair dryers are provided for our guests. The kitchen area has all the necessary appliances to prepare a big comfort meal or breakfast during your stay. There’s a private swimming pool for your enjoyment inside the house. You'll also have access to the common areas in the compound. These shared spaces include a swimming pool, a playground and various sports facilities. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. *The photos displayed serve as a visual reference and the layout, design and furniture of your accommodation may vary. Guest access The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property. Other things to note * Please kindly note: - There is a tourism fee of 15 AED/night, and a destination fee of 7% of the total price, both to be paid upon check-in. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s licence is not accepted.
