This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect year-round getaway, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. The main living area, filled with warm natural light, invites you to relax by the large stone fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For coffee lovers, a K-cup machine is available—just bring your favorite blend. Gather for meals at the large wood dining table, or challenge friends and family in the game room, equipped with a ping pong table, foosball, and sure-shot basketball. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: * Main Floor: Bedroom 1 offers a King bed. A full bathroom is also on this 1st floor level. (Important if you have accessibility needs or trouble climbing up stairs) * Upper Floor: You will find two bedrooms with Queen beds. A fourth, large bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring one full bed and five twin beds (as two bunk beds and a single). A second full bathroom is located on this floor. THE PROPERTY: Located on W Lake Blvd, house has a large yard with lake views. The house is directly located on the south end of Lake Mahopac. The private parking can easily accommodate up to 6 vehicles. GETTING THERE: Driving - Just located within 60 minutes (driving) from Manhattan with lots of great local shopping, dining, and hiking. Public Transit - The home is accessible via Metro North (Croton Falls Station) from Grand Central Station. Once at the station, the house is a short taxi/Uber away. Uber/Taxi - Once at the house, you can also take a Taxi/Uber to all the adventures and activities in the area with local hiking, shopping, and incredible restaurants to explore.
