The space The Oasis Villa is carefully designed to offer its guests the ultimate experience. The rooms, bathrooms, and common indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious, whilst the tropical garden with the infinity pool and the barbeque can accommodate for your precious events up to 100 guests for seated dining or 120 for cocktails. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests plus 2 infants, in the 5 spacious bedrooms of the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, and vast windows that frame scenic views of the Protaras coastline. A sixth bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom found in the basement, is also available at an extra charge and can host another 2 guests. The estate is equipped with smart lighting technology and exterior security cameras and can be entered only through the main gate with remote control for maximum safety. There is an internal fully secured parking space, as well as an uncovered extra parking area. * Cyprus Tourism Organization License Number 004149. Other things to note General Rules: 1. A Damage Deposit equal to 20% of the total booking rental, with a minimum of €1000 and a maximum of €2500, is payable via a bank transfer, prior to arrival. Based on the occurrences, for events, groups under the age of 25, and single sex groups, the refundable security deposit is 30%, with a minimum of €1500. The deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of check-out, subject to no damage to the property and no violation of the house policies. 2. The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 years old. Furthermore, the average age for Groups is 25 years old. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Identification, including identity card or passport, is mandatory for all renters at the time of booking. 3. The outdoor swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost of €100 per night, payable prior to Check-in. A notice of 5 days prior to your stay is required. The pool temperature can reach from 23°C to 30°C depending on weather conditions. 4. Any BBQ or other events with non-residents at the Oasis are available at an extra cost and are subject to approval by the owner. An additional security deposit might be required. 5. The number of Guests residing in the Property should not be more than the persons already agreed with the owners of The Oasis. Only those listed on the booking can occupy the Property. In case of a breach of this condition, the Property reserves the right to terminate the booking and they will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. 6. The Guests should behave responsibly and avoid any property damage. If it is evidenced that Guests are misusing the Property or they are violating any of the Property’s rules as set out in the Terms and Conditions Section, they will be asked to vacate the property and they will not be entitled to any refund. 7.
