Bedroom configuration Bedroom 1: king bed Bedroom 2: queen bed Bedroom 3: single bunk (with a trundle) All serviced by a sleek fully renovated bathroom with bath and shower, and complemented by the comfort of an additional WC and reverse cycle heating/AC along with a gas log fireplace in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A desirable seaside escape located within minutes of the breathtaking scenery and rugged coastline of Rye ocean beach, and a short drive to golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs and beautiful wineries. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night.
