The house is well-appointed, with large open-plan living flowing onto outdoor living areas on both sides of the house. It is modern and comfortable, with Air Conditioning, a home ventilation system and under floor heating in the bathrooms. Refer to 'Other things to note' for details on linen The space The large kitchen with butler's pantry has modern appliances and is great spot to whip up a treat after a day at the beach. It has a large flat section is great for games and the property has a beautiful outlook to native bush. Take a wander through the bush track that starts less than 100m down the road. There is also plenty of off-street parking for cars and a boat. Note the TV is a Smart TV, just bring your own logins for Netflix, NEON, etc. Also there is a Breville, Nespresso pod coffee machine, BYO pods. This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach, under two hours from Auckland. Great for a family or mature couples. Other things to note LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided. Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared. We will then add it to your booking and send you a payment request. There is a single fold-out bed that can be used in any room.
