Bring your kayaks, fishing poles and bathing suits in the Summer months ☀️ The space This newly renovated home has three bedrooms, blackout blinds throughout to promote better sleep, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, an oven that doubles as an air fryer, plenty of cooking utensils and instruments in the kitchen, a beautiful tile and stone shower, ceiling fans in every room, new HVAC system throughout, a brand new porch with ample seating room and comfortable lounging, a fire pit for gathering outdoors, Adirondack chairs and a picnic table for dining, an outdoor grill and more. There are three televisions- the living room is equipped with cable and streaming services. The TV in the master bedroom is a Samsung Frame TV; it is meant to look like a framed photo. This TV has streaming services as well as Samsung TV cable channels. The third bedroom TV is equipped with streaming services. We hope you love this place as much as we do and feel right at home! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note The top step on the front porch is taller than the rest. Please use caution, or opt for the sidewalk and back door entrance instead. Driveway is partially shared with the neighbor— please do not block the entrance. Pull up to the shed for parking and park on our left side of the driveway. **Please note that we no longer have a hot tub at the property**
