This means that it is not brand new or modern. - We do not have central AC/heating in the home, but we window AC units to help you keep cool in the hot summertime, and baseboard/space heaters for the winter. - This is a basement suite of a home. There are no shared areas, but you may hear the upstairs at times. - Parking can be tough in the area. Be prepared it can be hard to find spots at times. We are only given 1 parking pass by the city, so only 1 car can park for free. Any others will be paid parking at a parking garage nearby Our home provides a cozy accommodation for 2 individuals in a full-sized bed, with the option to accommodate a third person on the living room couch if desired. The house is permitted for an overnight occupancy of up to 3 guests and undergoes professional cleaning after each stay. Enjoy free WiFi, streaming live TV with Roku TV, and complimentary coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, as well as glassware, mugs, dishes, and utensils.
