Luxury 5 Star Home with Amazing Water Views

Gracious luxury home (4,250 sqf) in Sound Shore neighborhood and surrounded by nature. Home is appointed especially well for Airbnb guests. Westin Heavenly mattresses on all king and queen beds, down duvets and pillows and sumptuous cotton sateen sheets make for a wonderful night's sleep. The entire house has been completely refreshed in 2024. The maximum number of guests is 12. Our home is open to intimate family gatherings. 30+ days notice is generally required. The pricing is firm. The space Our home is situated on a title creek in a quiet Westchester community. We are within short walking distance to restaurants and shops and nearby the Metro North train station. You would be renting our family home. We are very experienced Airbnb hosts with 8+ years of delivering 5 star Airbnb experiences. As our children have grown, and live on their own now, we have fully renovated all guest rooms to best accommodate visitors at the level of a 4+ star hotel. As a result our guests will not be subjected to old beds, worn out bedding, cluttered spaces full personal items, clothes or children toys (very rare for home rentals in the area). There are 180 degree water views from the patio and many rooms (with an wide range of birds and friendly animals to watch). We have a mature koi pond with fish food out to enjoy feeding them. Our grounds are fully manicured with mature plantings and flowers in the season. Plus we have a basketball hoop on the back drive (not in the street) with basketball available upon request. ....Relax on our hammock and enjoy life as one of our guests :) Guest access The living levels and bedroom levels shown in the photographs and floor plans are open to guests. The basement and garages will be locked off. Our preference is retain very limited day time access to our locked off basement office via a private rear entrance. If this is a concern to the guest we can discuss options and adjust as needed. Other things to note The maximum number of people allowed in the home is 12. If there are to be any day visitors this must be approved in advance.
