The property is newly renovated and decorated by architect-owners, with a warm, tropical, modern vibe. Two primary bedroom suites lend privacy. The professionally landscaped garden with a huge oak tree, fire pit and outdoor dining area completes this unique vacation getaway spot. The main house has a large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with tons of seating. The dining room table expands to seat eight, and the outdoor table comfortably seats ten. A separate TV room is perfect for movie night. The kitchen has brand-new stainless steel appliances and is outfitted with everything you need to cook for a crowd. The "cottage" - a separate structure steps away from the house - has its own kitchen and lounge space. You'll also love the large outdoor charcoal grill. Two large, deep couches are comfy enough to sleep on. Great spot for families visiting Disney, Universal or other theme parks. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to Starlab during your stay. The main house has two bedrooms (one king and two queens), two bathrooms (see details on the second bathroom), and a separate TV room with a couch comfy enough to sleep on. The "cottage" has one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a small full bathroom with a shower. Both houses have new fully-equipped dine-in kitchens. The main house has a full-size washer and dryer and bedrooms with dressers and huge closets. It also has a large covered patio with lounge and bar seating. The cottage has it's own covered patio for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and an open-concept lounge space for relaxing. The driveway fits two cars. There is also on-street parking. The cottage can be accessed through a separate side gate, if desired. Other things to note The second bedroom and bathroom in the main house both have a step-down, and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The bathroom also has a shower-tub with a low ceiling - you need to sit down to take a shower or enjoy a soak. We'll provide bath salts and candles! The bathroom connected to the primary bedroom has a large shower. We are happy to set up the two twin-sized air mattresses - one in the room with two queens and one in the cottage - with advance notice. Otherwise they are there if you choose to use them. We also have a travel crib. For longer stays, we will supply enough paper products, cleaning supplies, toiletries, laundry supplies etc. to get you started. The Publix nearby has everything for restocking as needed. We welcome all guests and offer an inclusive and safe space to call home during your visit.
