Feel free to share your plans and ask questions before you book to ensure our home will suit your needs. * NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed. * NO PETS are allowed. * NO CANDLE-BURNING is allowed. We provide battery-operated candles for your use throughout the home. * Pool and landscape vendors come to the home once per week and have access to the yard, patio, pool and hot tub for weekly maintenance. * Pest control vendor comes to the house once per month and has access to the yard and patio. * We do our best to make sure all our guests have a fabulous and relaxing 5 star experience! Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of various household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc., so that upon check-in you won't need to run to the store right away!
