Welcome to our home! This apartment, which offers a small sea view through the loggia, is located in the city center close to all shops and only 100 m from the beach! It was redone in 2022 and is very nicely decorated. Accommodation managed by Objectif Trip, a concierge for seasonal rentals that takes care of its guests! The space This nice 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It even allows you to see the sea above the roofs through the loggia of the living room and bedroom. Entrance to the living room with table and chairs, TV and sofa bed for 2 people (provide sheets). The kitchen is open to the living room: - Refrigerator/freezer - Stovetop - Microwave - Oven - Toaster - Water boiler - Nespresso coffee machine - Dishes A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Shower room with washing machine. Separate toilet. Included: Linens (towels, sheets for the double bed, dishcloths, bath mats). NO WIFI. Guest access The accommodation is on the third floor without elevator access. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is normally from 3pm onwards. Check-out is until 11 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note Please note that self check-in can be done with a key box.
