The space Our newly built 5-star vacation homes Pommerbach ***** & Wegwarte ***** with first rental in October 2021 are at ground level and accessible without steps. They are located away from the train and road noise of Moselstraße B49, are modernly equipped and have underfloor heating, a controlled ventilation system for a pleasant indoor climate and floor-to-ceiling windows for bright rooms. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and infrared heat cabin will pamper you after an active day. The electric shutters darken the rooms at night if desired. External Venetian blinds in the living area keep the heat out in the summer without darkening the room too much. In addition to the open kitchen, the living room includes a large smart TV with soundbar. The soundbar allows you to play your own music via Bluetooth connection. You have free access to our Wi-Fi. The spacious terrace has direct access from the living room, but also from the bedroom. The terrace is wind and rain protected from three sides if necessary and can thus also be used on cool autumn days. On warm days you can open the mobile glass wall. There is a wood-burning grill available. Our cottages each have a double bedroom and a single bedroom. In the shared utility room, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge for each vacation home. For your bikes, we have a garage with a sectional door. There are 6 bike stands, 6 sockets for the chargers of your pedelecs. You open the garage door via the button in the hallway of your vacation home next to the apartment door. Inside the garage on the right is a button next to the door drive to close the door. In addition, you can also secure your wheels in the garage to the hooks embedded in the floor. Surroundings: In our exclusive vacation homes in Brieden you will find the tranquility & relaxation of the Eifel. The immediate vicinity to the Moselle also makes the town of Brieden particularly interesting. No place in Eifel or Hunsrück is closer to the Mosel. You can reach the town of Pommern after only 3.5 km and the town of Cochem after 12 km. Special features: The area around Brieden offers you a lot of nature and the opportunity for hiking, cycling, swimming, running (jogging) .... up to training for your next triathlon. We have recorded many cycling tours for you with a wide variety of needs on Komot. Many routes lead you to the most beautiful viewpoints, the view from the Eifel into the Moselle Valley, a visit to Eltz Castle, the town of Monreal, etc. We consciously use paths away from traffic through the forests of the Eifel and the Moselle region (free of charge). Guided road bike tours are available on request (not included in the price). Guest access Free parking is available right in front of the two vacation homes. In the warm season, in addition to the outdoor pool in Cochem (50 m lane), the natural pools of the maars in Schalkenmehren or the Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld invite you to swim. By boat you can book a tour on the Moselle from Cochem or go to the village of Beilstein. For motorsport enthusiasts, the Nürburgring is not far away. A climbing garden can be found near Mayen. The amusement park "Klotti" is close. The suspension rope bridge "Geierlay" is one of the longest in Europe and is only 22 km away. A visit to the cities of Trier & Koblenz is worthwhile.
