Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the patio, the hot tub, and the surrounding woods. Please be respectful of neighbors. Other things to note If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. There is a 'Minut' sensor in the property that monitors noise and occupancy through decibel detection and also has cigarette detection capabilities and glass breakage. This is a non-recording device and is approved by Airbnb. Great news, your booking rate includes the Panorama Resort check-in charge and resort fees. IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DRIVEWAY: Please be aware that this driveway is narrow and steep and as weather and temperature change it may become icy. So, during winter, winter tires are required for the driveway. While we have had no issues with it personally, we find that anyone not properly equipped for winter road conditions tends to have trouble. If your vehicle does get stuck we are not liable and you will have to arrange a tow truck. Maintenance for driveways at Panorama is only available during regular business hours. Furthermore, we recommend bringing grippers/spikes for your shoes so you can safely walk up the drive should it become slippery. Also note, snow removal of pathways and patios may occur during your stay. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps.
