Nestled between 2 golf communities, this low-traffic area offers both privacy and convenience. Downtown Venice and five stunning beaches are all within a 10–15 minute drive. You’ll have access to shopping, dining, entertainment. Guest access Owner will contact tenants 1 day prior to provide access information. Other things to note Security Notice: Our home is equipped with three exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell camera. The cameras are located above the garage (facing the driveway), near the pool, and on the side of the home (near the mango tree). The pool-facing camera can be deactivated upon arrival via a labeled switch (“Outdoor Flood”) near the pool door closest to the garage.
