This large and comfortable space with the great access through the four sets of Patio doors onto the pool area from the living room, breakfast area, master bedroom and second bedroom as well as having access from the family / cabana bath this home is focussed on the gorgeous heated pool (winter months only) with its own built in Hot Tub!!! Space inside is generous too, with two living rooms, a dining room plus breakfast dinette and the central kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and microwave with views through the entire common areas inside the home. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Other things to note Lovely pool and spa, heated with automated controls. The entire pool and patio area is screened and features a child safety barrier which is removable if you wish. The yard is not fenced but privacy is largely provided by planting of Clusia to one side and a mature bird of Paradise to the rear. Pets (Dogs) are welcome to a maximum of two. A pet fee is chargeable which covers additional cleaning. One fee per stay. Please include your pets on the stay.
