Upon entering the home you are met with the most remarkable view of the lake! This home is ideal for hosting and entertaining family gatherings! Enjoy lake living with quick access to Prairie Creek Marina (4.5 miles) and Downtown Rogers (7 miles). The space Features: - Self check-in - Fully stocked kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher - Indoor fireplace - Screened-in sunroom - Covered deck with outdoor dining area - Gas grill - Close access to Prairie Creek Marina Boat Access: If you plan to bring a boat, please contact us in advance with the size and description so we can confirm whether accommodations are available. Amenities - High-speed Wi-Fi - Luxurious bed linens and ultra-plush towels - Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cookware - Washer and dryer - Laundry detergent and dryer sheets Guest access Parking is available directly in the driveway. A code will be provided to access the front door. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
