This duplex has a great location in both summer and winter seasons. Guests are only a few minutes away from the restaurants, shops and grocery stores of West Vail, the Lionshead Parking Structure and the free bus stop. If you’re hoping to bring your dog, we are happy to accommodate up to 1 dog. Our home has a woodburning fireplace, private hot tub, designated office space with a second screen, an expansive wrap around deck with an outdoor propane firepit, garage parking, etc. The bedding can work well for a few couples or a small family. Less than a 10 minute walk from the closest free bus stop, the South Frontage stop. -- Town: Located in West Vail, only a few minutes drive from West Vails restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. Arrival, Access, and Parking: – Accessing the Property – The driveway slopes downhill towards the house. There are 6 or 7 steps down from the driveway to access the home. Once inside there are two short flights of stairs to access the upper level and two short flights of stairs to access the lower level. – Parking – Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. 1 car can park in the garage and the other 3 at the top of the driveway. If you are renting a pet friendly property, and will have more than one dog, please reach out prior to booking to verify if the home will allow more than one dog. – THIS HOME ONLY ALLOWS 1 DOG ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc. ** Security Camera Disclosure - Please note that security cameras may exist on the exterior of the home. Cameras are positioned to cover entrances and exits of the home, including the interior of the garage. Cameras are present to ensure the home remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the home. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of this home, this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these measures are necessary. Security cameras are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains in good condition, for your benefit. Please let us know if you have any concerns. ** Rental Agreements & Security Deposits - All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to occupying the property. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and or security/damage deposit, which would be refundable based upon terms and conditions in the rental agreement. Access is provided 24/7 via an electronic keypad Once you book, we’ll contact you by phone to re-confirm all details, answer questions, to get your direct email address, etc. We will also send you a formal rental agreement to reconfirm all details and terms in writing. This information will also contain our contact information for future reference. We encourage all guests to communicate with us by phone, in addition to emailing or messaging through AirBNB. AirBNB does not provide us with your actual email address, only a unique email that routes through their system. So once you’ve booked, we’ll ask you for your actual email address. Once we have it, we’ll send you an email with arrival instructions. This will occur shortly after midnight, exactly 7 days prior to arrival, or within 24 hours if you are booking less than 7 days from arrival. If you need something during your stay, contact us by phone and AirBNB message. We have a dedicated Guest Services phone line and the number is provided to you once you've booked. The arrival instructions and or information found within the property will provide information about how to contact us or others if you need anything. We are available to be of assistance, but we are not on site, at the property, and unless you need something, we'll leave you to enjoy your vacation!
