Located just 6.2 miles from the property, Melbourne Beach offers everything from swimming to deep sea fishing charters and dinner cruises, making it a deal for beach goers of all ages! Take a family trip to the Brevard Zoo and see the amazing wildlife put on a show. Sebastian Inlet State Park offers beautiful views, picturesque for photos and captivating memories. The Cocoa Beach Pier offers spectacular views of the inlet and a popular spot for experienced surfers and an awesome lagoon to swim in that includes multiple picnic areas and fishing. Guest access Access the house using the keypad lock provided by the host. Guests have full use of the property, home, and contents except for the backyard shed for personal storage. Other things to note Parties and events are not allowed. Any additional guests or gatherings, must be requested and approved by the host. *10:00PM local noise ordinance. All outside noise (including pool area) must be kept to a minimum after 10:00PM. This is strictly enforced! *No smoking/vaping inside the home. *No glitter or confetti allowed on the property. This includes the exterior and pool area.
