Laundry & Parking Guests have access to free on-site laundry located at the back of the building, making longer stays convenient. Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Pet-Friendly Stay Pets are welcome! A $100 pet fee per stay applies (paid after booking through the guest portal). For mid-term or extended stays, a small pet deposit may be used instead. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
