Between a private heated pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a shaded patio made for long evenings together, your group of up to 13 has everything it needs to settle in, slow down, and make memories that outlast the trip.   Outdoor living The backyard is the heart of this home. Your private outdoor pool is heated and open year-round, with daily hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM — plenty of time for afternoon swims and a twilight dip before the kids wind down. A private hot tub sits alongside, perfect for unwinding after a full day out. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture surround the space, and a BBQ grill is on hand whenever you're ready to fire up dinner under the open sky. The patio completes the picture: a natural gathering spot for shared meals, cold drinks, and easy conversation.   The space Inside, the home's Southwest-chic character comes through in every room — warm tones, relaxed textures, and a layout that gives a large group room to spread out without losing that sense of togetherness. Five bedrooms sleep up to 13 guests, each dressed with cozy linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Three full bathrooms keep morning routines moving, and the thoughtful mix of room configurations makes it easy for multiple families or friend groups traveling together to carve out their own space.   Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick pre-park breakfast to a proper group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses - all the basics to keep meals easy and enjoyable. Pull up a chair at the dining table and settle in; this is the kind of kitchen that actually gets used.   Family-friendly features Traveling with little ones? The home comes stocked with a high chair and a Pack 'n Play, so you can pack lighter and arrive more relaxed. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
