Step outside and the backyard is already set up for you - a heated pool catching the light, sun loungers poolside, and a hot tub waiting for whoever claims it first. This five-bedroom Anaheim home gives a large group the space to settle in and actually enjoy the trip, with room enough that everyone can move at their own pace. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms and seven beds sleep up to 13 guests, with three full bathrooms keeping the morning routine from turning into a bottleneck. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided. The in-unit washer and dryer are free to use - a quiet convenience that makes longer stays far easier and lets you pack lighter. Traveling with little ones? A Pack 'n play/Travel crib and high chair are ready for you on arrival. Outdoor living The private heated outdoor pool is available year-round, open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. As the afternoon rolls into evening, the private hot tub gives everyone a good reason to stay outside a little longer. The patio or balcony comes set up with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and sun loungers - everything you need for a relaxed cookout or a low-key dinner under the California sky. A private entrance makes arrivals and departures straightforward, and exterior security cameras monitor the patio and pool area. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full sit-down group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses, along with dishes and silverware. When it's time to eat together, the dining table brings the whole group around. Living spaces & comfort The living area is a natural place to wind down after a day out. A TV with Roku is ready for streaming, and central air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter what the weather is doing outside. WiFi is available throughout the home. Bathroom Shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are all provided, along with hot water throughout. An iron is also on hand for anything that needs a quick press. Practical details Free parking on premises, self check-in via smart lock, and smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are all in place. The home is pet-friendly - assistance animals are always welcome. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
