In the afternoon, slip into the heated pool for a refreshing swim, or ease into the hot tub as the sun sets. Evenings invite you indoors to gather, stream a favorite show, and settle into a relaxed, comfortable rhythm. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Anaheim blends Southwest-chic character with practical comforts, offering space to reconnect while staying close to the area’s most loved attractions. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 13 guests, including infants, with a maximum of 8 adults. Five bedrooms and 7 beds provide flexibility for families traveling together. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to help everyone settle in comfortably. Outdoor living The private outdoor pool is heated and available year-round, open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Whether you prefer a morning swim or an evening soak, the pool and private hot tub offer space to unwind in every season. The patio features outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill - ideal for relaxed afternoons and casual dinners outdoors during Southern California’s mild winter days. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with ample space to cook and gather. A dining table anchors the space for shared breakfasts before heading out or easy dinners after a full day of exploring. Family-friendly features Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair are available for little ones. Beach gear is available upon request, subject to availability. Premium stroller rentals - single, double, and double with triple attachment - are also available for rent to make outings easier. Comfort & convenience Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Enjoy TV with Roku and Wifi for entertainment and connectivity. A smart lock supports seamless self check-in, and free parking on premises makes arrival simple. The home also includes a private entrance, in-unit washer and dryer, and essential home safety features for added peace of mind. After a day visiting nearby attractions or exploring Orange County, return to your own private space to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 13 guests total including infants (8 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
