Outside, the backyard pool sends up gentle steam in the crisp spring air, inviting an early swim before setting out to explore Anaheim. As evening settles in, you can slip into the hot tub and let the warmth carry you into a slower rhythm, returning indoors to gather for a relaxed night together. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms and seven beds accommodate up to 13 guests, including infants, with a maximum of 8 adults. Three full bathrooms make it easier for everyone to settle in and get ready without rushing. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with a free washer and free dryer - in unit - to keep things fresh during longer stays. For families traveling with little ones, a Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair are available. Outdoor living The private outdoor pool - available all year, open specific hours, heated - is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering a refreshing start to the day or a soothing swim under the evening sky. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture create space to unwind between dips, while the BBQ grill makes it easy to share a meal outside. The private hot tub provides another place to relax after a full day. Exterior security cameras on property monitor the patio and pool area. A private entrance adds an extra layer of ease to your arrival and departure. Living spaces and comfort Inside, central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable through Southern California’s changing seasons. Gather in the main living areas for conversation or stream your favorite shows on the TV with Roku using your own log-ins. Wifi supports both downtime and any remote tasks that come with you. An iron, along with bathroom essentials such as hot water, supports a smooth daily routine. Kitchen and dining The kitchen offers a space where guests can cook their own meals, whether you’re preparing a full dinner or a simple breakfast before heading out. A dining table anchors shared meals and late-night conversations, bringing everyone together at the end of the day. Practical details Free parking on premises simplifies coming and going, and self check-in with a smart lock allows for flexible arrival. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place for added peace of mind. The home is pet-friendly, and assistance animals are always allowed. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 13 guests total including infants (8 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
