Situated merely 15 mins away from the enchanting beach towns of Flamingo, Brasilito, Playa Grande, and Tamarindo—with Tamarindo as the most expansive among them—our villa serves as an ideal retreat from the hustle of daily life. Perfectly positioned, it offers convenient access to the unique charm and beautiful beaches of each town, ensuring a blend of seclusion and exploration opportunities. The space The estate comprises two distinct structures, offering both privacy and comfort. Upon entry, guests are greeted by a convenient laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer, adjacent to a welcoming guest bedroom complete with an en suite bathroom. Separating the entrance from the second building is an elegantly appointed private pool area, featuring a refined outdoor dining set under a protective canopy for al fresco enjoyment regardless of the weather. The main building encompasses a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a primary bathroom, a shared bathroom, and two tastefully furnished bedrooms, including both a primary and a secondary bedroom, designed to ensure a restful and luxurious stay. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the community's football (soccer) field and expansive swimming pool, in addition to the villa's well-appointed rooms and bathrooms, private pool, and dedicated laundry facilities, ensuring a stay that combines luxury with the comforts of home. Other things to note To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, the villa is equipped with a backup water tank and pump system. In the event of a local water outage, you’ll still have uninterrupted access to water—just one of the many thoughtful touches designed to give you peace of mind during your stay. Last, our pool maintenance technician comes every Tuesday morning. He slips in and out, quickly and efficiently. If that is an issue, please let me know
