You're hosted by two local architects who lovingly put this 1890s mill house back together. Everything is appointed thoughtfully with our own touch of minimalist design. Enjoy the generous living space with a large, comfortable couch and 50" television. Prepare your own meals in a fully-equipped kitchen, or grab takeout from a nearby spot that makes Durham the 'Tastiest Town in the South.' A separate dining room seats 6 and doubles as a spacious desk zone for remote work. Sink into soft memory-foam mattresses for a sound night of sleep. The primary bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and laundry room, while the secondary bedroom has two queen beds and shares a full bathroom with the living areas. All of the details have been considered! Other things to note The home is situated up on a small hill from the street, which is fantastic for privacy. However, there are about a dozen steps from the street, so those who have trouble with stairs may want to keep that in mind.
